OUR MISSION: The Southeastern Illinois Community Health Coalition (SICHC) has an active interest in and commitment to improving the health of the communities in Southeastern Illinois
Priority work areas:
The SICHC appointed an IPLAN (Illinois Project for the Local Assessment of Needs) Team to assess local health data and update the Community Health Plan based on statistics and local knowledge of health priorities. SICHC identified the following three health priorities for Saline, White and Gallatin Counties for 2021 - 2026.

The primary goal of the Southeastern Illinois Community Health Coalition is to enable the collaboration of all interested community entities and individuals to work towards improving the health status of our communities. The coalition provides leadership and a unified voice at the local level on all health related issues.
