Telligen is pleased to offer two health equity programs designed to empower health professionals across disciplines and settings to take proactive steps to reduce health disparities and advance health equity within community and clinical settings:
Implementing CLAS to Improve Health Equity
November 9 - December 7, 2023 | 12:00 PM
Providing culturally and linguistically appropriate services (CLAS) can help advance health equity by improving the quality of and access to patient care and services. National standards for CLAS have been developed by the HHS Office of Minority Health as a framework for health and social service organizations to understand and address cultural health beliefs, preferred languages, health literacy levels, and communication needs. Hospitals, nursing homes, healthcare and community partners are encouraged to join this series of action-based webinars and office hours to learn how to implement CLAS standards to improve health equity for your patients, residents, and community members, and meet accreditation standards and federal regulations such as the new nursing home MDS 3.0 and CMS in-patient reporting requirements.
In partnership with ATW Health Solutions, Telligen presents this series on November 9th, November 16th, November 30th, and December 7th
