This workshop meets every Tuesday afternoon for 6 weeks from January 14, 2020 through February 18, 2020 from 1:00 - 3:30 pm.
Who should attend: Anyone living with a chronic health condition such as arthritis, heart disease, lung disease, diabetes, Parkinson's, others, or anyone who is a caregiver for someone with a chronic health condition.
You'll learn how to: Build an effective relationship with your doctor, deal with pain, frustration, isolation and lack of energy, prevent complications, explore an exercise routine, make healthy food choices, manage your medications, set and achieve personal goals, and solve problems.
This workshop is FREE of charge.
(Participants must be able to complete at least four of the six scheduled classes, beginning with week one or two. To receive the maximum benefit from the program, all six classes are strongly recommended.)
